Here are the instructions for the video assignment:
Here are the spreadsheets with all the topics for each period. Please only click on the correct period or you will not receive the topic you want, and therefore may not receive full points for the assignment.
Your video must be 60 to 90 seconds and no more. It must be of educational value, and must be posted publicly online so other students can see you video.
You must complete the video and have the url to your video submitted to the form below by Sunday, June 2nd. You will not receive any credit for your video if it is late. Your video is worth 50 points. If your video is chosen to be on the master list, it will receive an additional 10 points added to the total.
For those new to my class, welcome to gochemonline. I will be using this website to communicate with you outside of school. Refer to the calendar, topics, and the links to particular pages to view videos, demonstrations, tutorials, and more.
Please check the portal at the end of the week for your final semester grade. If you are on the border (within 1.00%) and you have shown positive effort in this class, expect a round up. Otherwise, don't bother asking. Do better this semester.
Below is the spreadsheet with topics and names. FIND YOUR PERIOD BY SELECTING THE PROPER TAB. This is being updated periodically. Please check and make sure that you don't choose a topic that has been chosen already, as it will slow down the process.
Note that we will be pushing the experiment to Friday, so we can have 2 days for the recrystallization experiment. Please check your Google Drives for the template and the rubric. Remember that I will be checking you procedures in class tomorrow. I may consider giving points for a draft.
Bring closed toed shoes. No shoes, no lab. See you.
